Thormundar - Mandragora, Protector of the Grove

"The High Priestess of the Temple of the Five in Kormun, Mandragora is a Koira who has seen and shaped much of what has happened in Thormundar. She welcomes many to the Temple for rest and advice, but will not suffer anyone who wishes harm on the people or the land of Thormundar."

The last time I painted this character was back in 2016, when I was still forming my skills in painting. I like to think that this painting was a long time coming, since I wasn't a huge fan of the harshness and the vague forms the previous painting had. Of course, it was fun to pull off the mane of leaves Mandragora has for hair, too, using a similar technique I use for scalemail armour.
